A Day ‘Inn’ Rancho Santa Fe
By Olivia Lamarre Director of Communications
My perfect day in Rancho Santa Fe always starts with coffee. I’ll grab mine from Ruben, our bartender at The Café (easily the most popular man in town, so if there’s a line, I’ll slip over to Rancho Roasters instead). From there, I head to town to do some shopping and stopping at Rowan, a beautiful ready-to-wear boutique right in the village, walkable from The Inn, and Palma, another gorgeous boutique in town.
By late morning, I’m usually craving movement for either a walk around the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Course or, if I’m feeling more adventurous, horseback riding at The Inn. There’s nothing quite like riding through the property’s groves and trails; it’s the kind of quiet luxury that doesn’t announce itself.
Come evening, I’m at Bing’s Bar with a cocktail in hand and fresh sushi in front of me. The sun sets over the citrus trees, the fire’s going, and honestly? There’s nowhere else I’d rather be.
