Named after the legendary local architect Lilian Rice, our signature restaurant offers regionally inspired cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Lilian’s menu features only the freshest, most sustainable ingredients from area farmers, ranchers, and fishermen.

Bing’s Bar is one of Rancho Santa Fe’s central gathering places, featuring a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. The imaginative cocktail program takes center stage, complementing an extensive wine list and creative light bites. Join us for live music, celebrations, delicious libations, and light bites.

Meet Patrick Ponsaty, The Inn’s new Executive Chef. One of only two master French chefs in all of San Diego (and an honored Maître Cuisinier de France), Chef Ponsaty brings nearly thirty years of celebrated culinary expertise to our kitchen.
