Midweek rates start at $349/night, with higher revenue tiers unlocking more perks (up to 6 at $60,000+).
Pick Your Inn Perks
Contract new corporate group business by Sept. 30, 2026 for programs running Oct. 1, 2026–March 31, 2027 (min. 20 room nights, primarily Sun–Thu), and spending $225/attendee/day on banquet F&B unlocks up to 5 perks.
Perks include waived indoor meeting-room rental, a complimentary guestroom per 40 paid nights, and 5% savings on banquet menus, among others. Perk count scales with contracted room revenue, from 1 perk at $10K–$19,999 up to 5 perks at $60,000+.
Resort Buyouts
Book by Dec. 31, 2026 to host a full-property buyout of all 83 guestrooms on qualifying Sun–Thu dates in 2027 (min. $400/room night in banquet F&B).
Perks include exclusive use of the entire property, 17 complimentary premium upgrades (all Cottages and Villas), and a dedicated planner office among signature experiences like a wellness lawn session and welcome reception. Buyouts also choose one premium financial benefit — a 3% guestroom revenue rebate, a $5,000 program enhancement credit, or 10% off banquet menus (up to $5,000).
